Hello, my name is Evan Dreyer, the head football coach at Oak Hills High School. I wanted to let you know how excited I am to create a culture of fun and excellence. We need to create an exciting environment for our student athletes that all Highlanders want to be apart of throughout their high school career. Need to set up a meeting to begin our creation of the best football program in Cincinnati!  Also, to create the best youth football camp in Ohio.

DAA is enrolled in the USA Football Heads Up Football program

Heads Up Football is a comprehensive solution to player safety and promotes concussion awareness and management, coaching education, proper equipment fitting and Heads Up Tackling as well as a set of recommended standards for parents, coaches and Leagues.

Every DAA Football coach is trained in Heads Up Football Techniques, DAA Football head coaches completed USA Footballs accredited level 1 coach certification course, which includes Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Concussion recognition and response protocols, proper helmet and should pad fitting; and Heads up Tackling techniques, which aim to take the head out of the line of contact.

Through Heads Up Football, Jimmy Fritsch the DAA Football PSC has been trained by USA Football to implement, evaluate and monitor all Heads Up Football player safety protocols within the organization. Player safety coaches work with league commissioners, coaches, parents and players throughout the season to provide on-site clinics and mentoring to ensure that coaching and player safety best practices are used.
