BOOM!!! Dyanimte Bounces Back to Beat the Powerful Stingrays 8-1

The Dynamite Girls bounced back from a tough loss to show their resilience. Bat power, pitching power, and great fielding all brought lots of highlights to Saturdays win against the Stingrays.

Starting with pitching: Sam shut the Stingrays down in the first, followed by great pitching by Ashlee who only faced 7 batters in 2 innings. Sydnee came in and also pitched awesome allowing only 1 run in 2 innings. Sarah closed the game out by 2 of the last three batters. Way to bring the heat girls.

Hitting highlights: Sarah, Nat A. and Carly led the booming bats with 3 hits, followed by Olivia, Ashley, Sam and Emmie all with 2 hits. I believe all the rest of the girls had a hit in the game! It was a hitfest!!!

Fielding: Ashlee made a couple of great plays to first base, along with Courtney. Sydnee and Emmie teamed up for a great play at the plate keeping a run from scoring. Of course we have to mention the greatest play of the year, where Sarah and Sam connected to complete the first Dynamite triple play!!!! Awesome fielding girls!

All in all it was another great game by our girls they should be very proud of the way the played! Another note to show how dedicated our girls are.. we huddled after the game and talked about all of the things we did well, then I asked the girls how can we keep getting better? they all responded with great feedback and set us up for our next practice.
